In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the sr966 Platform is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict, non-waivable requirement. sr966 enforces a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from such an account will be voided.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally. You are solely responsible for ascertaining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under legal guardianship, or otherwise lacking contractual capacity, are prohibited from registering.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension on the sr966 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• Not an Employee or Associate: You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or close relative of any employee of sr966 or any of its affiliated operators, technology providers, or game studios.

To access real-money wagering services on the sr966 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The following conditions apply to all Member Accounts:

• One Account Per Individual: Each person may hold only one Account on the sr966 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your genuine full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile number. sr966 reserves the right to verify this information at any time by requesting supporting documentation.
• Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. sr966 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.
• KYC Verification: sr966 may, at its discretion or in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations, request identity verification documents at any time. These may include a government-issued Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a valid passport, proof of residential address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified will result in withdrawal suspension until compliance is achieved.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your Account details in the event of any change to your personal information. You may contact sr966 support at [email protected] to request amendments to registered details.

All financial transactions on the sr966 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Indonesian Members:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Members are responsible for ensuring their deposit meets the stated minimum threshold.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. sr966 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing Times: e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day, subject to banking hours and KYC clearance.
• Withdrawal Holds: sr966 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Source of Funds: Members may only deposit funds that are lawfully owned by them and derived from legitimate sources. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using funds sourced from criminal activity, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have recorded no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. sr966 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts. Members will be notified via registered email prior to any such deduction.

sr966 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to the following standard conditions, as well as any specific requirements stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per Member, per household address, per device, and per IP address. sr966 reserves the right to void bonus claims where circumvention of this limit is detected.
• Welcome Bonus Eligibility: The sr966 welcome bonus is available to first-time depositing Members only. Members who have previously held an Account, or who have benefited from a welcome offer under a related or predecessor brand, are not eligible.
• Game Restrictions: Certain game categories — particularly low-margin table games and live casino titles — may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate toward bonus wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates will be detailed in the applicable promotion terms.
• Abuse and Exploitation: Any Member found to be employing systematic strategies to exploit bonus structures — including but not limited to matched betting, bonus arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account wagering — will have their Bonus Funds voided and may face permanent account suspension without prior notice.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: sr966 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of rights already accrued by Members who have commenced qualifying activity in good faith.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the sr966 sportsbook. Sport-specific and market-specific supplementary rules are published in the sportsbook help section and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Acceptance of Bets: A wager is accepted and binding only upon the issuance of a bet confirmation reference number by the sr966 system. Wagers that have not received a confirmation reference are not considered placed.
• Odds Fluctuation: Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. sr966 accepts no liability for changes in odds occurring between the moment a Member initiates a wager and the moment it is confirmed.
• Palpable Errors: sr966 reserves the right to void wagers accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp") where the offered odds were demonstrably inconsistent with the true market price at the time. Members will be notified, and stakes will be returned.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) wagers are subject to additional latency between bet instruction and confirmation. sr966 operates a brief acceptance delay on in-play markets to protect against exploitation of delayed data feeds. Wagers placed during this window may be accepted, revised, or voided at sr966's discretion.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all individual selections to win for the accumulator to return a winning outcome. If any selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that selection. Standard single-bet settlement rules apply to each leg individually.
• Void and Abandonment: In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, sr966's specific sport rules — as published in the sportsbook help section — will govern settlement. As a general default, stakes on void events are returned to the Member's Account.
• Maximum Winnings: sr966 reserves the right to impose per-event, per-day, and per-sport maximum payout caps. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market interface and may be updated from time to time.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the sr966 Platform. Breach of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable Indonesian or international law.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point of identity verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Sharing Account credentials with, or accepting wagers on behalf of, any third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of sporting outcomes on which wagers are offered.
• Laundering funds through the Platform or using the Platform as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Engaging in coordinated abuse of the Platform's bonus system, including through multi-accounting, chip dumping, or organised matched-betting syndicates.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to any component of the sr966 Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sr966 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content published on the sr966 Platform — including but not limited to the sr966 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, software code, and odds data — is the exclusive intellectual property of sr966 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and database rights law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational wagering purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written authorisation from sr966.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting odds data, results data, or any other structured data from the Platform.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on any sr966 intellectual property.

Any unauthorised use of sr966 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the Member's licence and Account, and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

sr966 is committed to protecting the personal data of its Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data-handling principles that govern sr966's practices include:

• Purpose Limitation: Personal data is collected only for specified, legitimate purposes — including account administration, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming enforcement — and is not processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
• Data Security: All data transmitted between your device and the sr966 Platform is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with 256-bit AES cipher suites. Account credentials are stored using bcrypt hashing. sr966 does not store full card numbers or unmasked banking credentials.
• No Third-Party Sale: sr966 does not sell, rent, or trade Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed KYC/AML service providers where required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.
• Retention: Member data is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a minimum of five years thereafter, in compliance with anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sr966 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — with respect to the Platform and the services provided thereon, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, sr966 shall not be liable to any Member or third party for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any service interruption, system downtime, data loss, or technical failure beyond sr966's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to secure their Account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party.
• Any decision by a Member to place a wager based on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, match previews, or any other content.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings in the Member's jurisdiction of residence.

In jurisdictions where exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages is not permitted, sr966's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall sr966's aggregate liability to any individual Member exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the Member's Account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Termination by the Member: You may close your sr966 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any available real-money balance. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by sr966: sr966 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward sr966 staff or other Members.
• Compliance with a lawful instruction from a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• Extended account inactivity in accordance with the dormancy policy described in Clause 4.

Upon termination by sr966 for cause, all outstanding real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation. Where no misconduct is established, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are forfeited in all termination scenarios.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sr966 holds its offshore gaming licence. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws in Indonesia afford you rights that cannot be contractually excluded, those rights are preserved and nothing in these Terms shall be construed to waive or limit them beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and sr966, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through sr966's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. sr966 will use reasonable endeavours to respond to and resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.

sr966 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sr966 will notify registered Members via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 11.

The date displayed in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision to these Terms. Members are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.
